The challenge
Gooey Digital has worked with Beeja since their inception in 2014 , providing an integrated digital marketing solution encompassing SEO and content marketing.
After a rebrand in March 2019, Beeja found that a less warm visual style on Instagram (combined with algorithm changes) had led to reduced engagement and declining follower numbers.
Gooey Digital was asked to take over the management of Beeja’s social media accounts in late October 2019, with a particular emphasis on reinvigorating their Instagram presence.
The solution
After an extensive social media audit and market research, Gooey Digital created a coherent and attractive visual language for social media, designed to communicate Beeja’s forward-thinking approach to wellbeing while retaining the human-led, empathetic feel of their previous brand.
Aiming to offer followers real value through long-form content, captions and actionable advice, we also built on the brand’s tone of voice, and began posting stories with a consistent visual style. Alongside PR efforts and influencer outreach, this resulted in increased engagement figures and impressive follower growth.
