Increasing organic traffic by 158%

Services: SEO

Industry: Design & Branding

Founded in 2000, PressOn are one of the UK’s leading large format printing suppliers, specialising in the production of high quality digital print media for a wide range of industries and purposes.

The challenge

PressOn had previously mainly relied on paid media to generate traffic, but after launching a newly-designed website, they noticed a content gap in the industry, and an opportunity to generate more natural, organic interest in their business. Gooey were tasked with devising an SEO and content marketing strategy to improve website traffic, bolster PressOn’s reputation, and generate new leads.

In an industry that’s still largely rooted in a more traditional way of doing business, this was a fantastic opportunity for PressOn to position themselves as pioneers of a more modern, content-focussed digital presence – and Gooey were tasked with making this a reality.

The solution

After conducting in-depth competitor analysis and extensive keyword research, Gooey recommended a range of structural changes to further optimise the website. With this in place, Gooey set about creating and implementing a diverse content, social media, and link-building strategy, to improve PressOn’s rankings, reputation, and conversions.

A new design for the service pages was created, content was rewritten, and changes made to streamline the conversion process and improve the overall user experience. Gooey created and published in-depth, long-form content on a regular basis – providing useful insight for clients, strengthening the site’s relevance in the eyes of search engines, and dramatically increasing traffic and conversions on the website.

Through consistent publication of blog articles, case studies, social media content, and the generation of new links to the website, Gooey digital have delivered (two years in compared to two years prior):

0 %
increase in organic traffic
0 %
increase in on-site conversions
0 %
